This looks like another winner. I have some spinach growing in the garden. If I can dig it out from under the snow I shall try this recipe tonight and impress my wife.

Snow? Goodness - I've not seen any for ages. I don't know if it improves the flavour of spinach (in the same way as frost does with brussel sprouts). You'll need a comforting risotto if it's that chilly, anyway.
